it got worsened as i predicted ytd. HMMM hahaha
i slept till 12+ today becos ytd had a headache until about 3+ then fell asleep.
after taking my lunch, i slpt from 2+ to 5+.
i conclude that sleeping doesnt cure ur illness.
ITS TIME TO TAKE SOME MEDICINE! x[

hmm stupid convection current, cold air sinks, thats why i feel like sleeping in a fridge today!

rawr i suggest tat we should buy blankets and put in the band room. so that if nx time im tired again i can sleep in the band room with blankets. x]]

VERY TIRED NIA! haha just came back from band chalet td
quite fun?
first night was ok lar. we went to buy stuff! lols spent 160+
HMMM its within our budget la!
after tat we went to jie dong the chicken wings, FUN experience! LOLS oily chicken
SPECIAL THANKS TO XINTIAN! she did most of the job! but with dilys, me and jh's help!

we went to ehub to play ddr with terence.
watched journey to the center of the earth again with binbin, kahmin, and jingjie!

16日的北京奥运会羽毛球女单决赛中，在与队友谢杏芳三局苦战后，雅典奥运会羽毛球女单冠军张宁以2：1胜出，从而成为奥运会历史上第一个在羽毛球女单项目上实现卫冕的选手。
李永波赛后详细解析了张宁夺冠的背后原因。
李永波说：“张宁夺冠首先是她自身努力的结果。作为教练员，我是最了解她的。尽管之前她饱受伤病的困扰，但她却一直在坚持。在奥运会开赛前的两个月，教练组还在犹豫到底让谁上。可张宁却不管这些，她每天除了休息之外，就是恢复和训练。在中国羽毛球队，还没有一个人能像她这样坚持的。”
李永波表示，张宁的韧劲也是很多运动员做不到的。在训练中，她不怕苦；在北京奥运会的赛场，她几乎每一场都要对阵实力强劲的选手，谁与她打第三局就肯定输，这完全是因为她的坚持。

“乐观的性格也是张宁卫冕的重要原因”。李永波表示，无论在赛场上还是在训练中，张宁总是带着微笑去面对每一天。为了能够尽快恢复，她每天都要进行4个小时的康复训练，这是非常辛苦的，但她却从不叫苦。她也一直强调她的体力和状态都没有问题。

这几天我真的感到很疲倦，无论什么时候，什么地方，我都在烦恼，我们离chalet有多少时间。知道在chalet comm的第一天，看到我的组员，我真的不是很开心。我应该感到庆幸我有一个post 吗？哈哈，不懂。心情十分复杂。知道以后，我还是很期待chalet的来临，期待和中四学长和学姐度过快乐的晚餐，拉近中三之间彼此的距离。所以，我很早的时候已经开始brainstorm ideas for the games.
可是，我真的好累。每个人都在忙，我不好意思叫他们帮我。特别是心恬，她在忙教师节的事情，却还要帮我的忙。我感到十分的内疚。到最后还是只有我们几个人在做。
星期四的时候，我没有时间温习我的物理pop quiz. 我下个星期有物理测验，如果这个拜日我做不完chalet的东西，我就没有时间温习下个礼拜的测验了。下个星期要收齐band fund, 还有一些小道具，订好所有的食物。
今天我们在down town east 讨论。people present are: jingjie kah min, me xintian, dilys, jiahui and zoe. 7 个人，有点可怜啦。大部分的东西我已经弄好了，想要和他们讨论一下，看有什么可以改进的地方。

吔！我们做的很好！ruidi因无法来而感到很内疚，他有学校的英文补习（i think)。sherwin 不能来因为 LA film. binbin 因为明天有 LA film 所以今天要做功课不能来。我也要做功课！！！
我们确定了要玩的游戏，食物的数量，分配station masters，讨论需要用到的道具。找空地来玩我们的游戏。
当我们分开了以后，我和心恬和dilys去了white sands。我们去算了所有所需用品的价钱，订了米粉那些种类的食物。反正就是做了很多很多。
和心恬分开后，我去了 plaza sing，寻找棉花糖！哈哈。买了奖品，还有aluminium foil. 好累好累好累好累好累好累好累！一回家就在椅子上睡着了。
不讲了，现在要去忙了！
这几天我真的感到很疲倦，无论什么时候，什么地方，我都在烦恼，我们离chalet有多少时间。知道在chalet comm的第一天，看到我的组员，我真的不是很开心。我应该感到庆幸我有一个post 吗？哈哈，不懂。心情十分复杂。知道以后，我还是很期待chalet的来临，期待和中四学长和学姐度过快乐的晚餐，拉近中三之间彼此的距离。所以，我很早的时候已经开始brainstorm ideas for the games.
可是，我真的好累。每个人都在忙，我不好意思叫他们帮我。特别是心恬，她在忙教师节的事情，却还要帮我的忙。我感到十分的内疚。到最后还是只有我们几个人在做。
星期四的时候，我没有时间温习我的物理pop quiz. 我下个星期有物理测验，如果这个拜日我做不完chalet的东西，我就没有时间温习下个礼拜的测验了。下个星期要收齐band fund, 还有一些小道具，订好所有的食物。
今天我们在down town east 讨论。people present are: jingjie kah min, me xintian, dilys, jiahui and zoe. 7 个人，有点可怜啦。大部分的东西我已经弄好了，想要和他们讨论一下，看有什么可以改进的地方。

吔！我们做的很好！ruidi因无法来而感到很内疚，他有学校的英文补习（i think)。sherwin 不能来因为 LA film. binbin 因为明天有 LA film 所以今天要做功课不能来。我也要做功课！！！
我们确定了要玩的游戏，食物的数量，分配station masters，讨论需要用到的道具。找空地来玩我们的游戏。
当我们分开了以后，我和心恬和dilys去了white sands。我们去算了所有所需用品的价钱，订了米粉那些种类的食物。反正就是做了很多很多。

YOYO~~!
HEHE!!! chalet stuff is driving me crazy...
i didnt even have any time to do my work although not due tat soon but its all due nx monday
3 assigments, and bio stuff!
thurs was a stupid day, i dont really like it.
td was not bad except tat i used my recess time to revise phy
and i used my lunch time to give invitation cards
so i didnt eat anything at all
FULL band was really cool td
trombones are improving... and mr ng is in a good mood
full band was enjoyable and we tried out best!
hmmm bad news
i needa write sp book
and a 3000 words essay about what are our problems and what cause our problems..
ITS 3-THOUSAND.. not 3 hundred. oh mi gosh
IM SOOO SOOO SOOO SOOO dead. i got not time at all
oh ya i went to ghim moh market to check the price of the chicken wings and stuff..
and i can just go order the day b4, the food is sort of settled
the reusable utensils xintian helped so.. np la
tmr i will go DOwn town east to check the price of the utensils, which place can we actually use for our games
and... asked if the hawker thingy can provide us bee hoon and fried rice
all sec3s banders are welcomed to come, so tat we can plan out everything faster!!
so tmr the games and food will be settled
nx monday will collect all the band funds from the banders
nx wed shall pass dwn message to... prepare the material needed! OH YAY!
wad a great plan!

haha i met denise at raffles cos she got no one to eat with. 2 of us were dumb, we were walking aimlessly for the first 20 min cos we couldnt find posb atm machine~! haha
after tat we couldnt find anything to eat
we decided we should go eat macs
we chatted alot, its the first time, i chatted with her for so long
went home after our dinner and just now i went to shao zhi cos its the qi yue
and watched the pingpong ball match, sg vs kor
i think sg got in cos their nx match is vs china!
and my grandpa said tat UNLESS all the china players suddenly shi chang, if not china will get gold for sure!

i realised im not the onli with many problems.. maybe its time to stop and look around, and pay more attention to the people around you!

im frreaking tired
i think im dying very very soon
todays lesson ended quite late
until i really got no mood to finish writting the chinese essay
and its A EASY TOPIC esp xu lao shi gave us alot of guide lines
but KEPT writting wrong words, dont know what i was thinking...
i should take a break so i continued with my eclipse
after that i chionged for sp
and i was the first to reach there, and i started to warm up..
LOUSY TONE! OMG lousy embrochre everything also lousy
i was soooooo busy with schl work these days i got no time to pract
sec2s came and i sabo them to help me take grease, haha cos i didnt dare to walk into the band rm during full band
sp was quite.. i dont know
i kept thinking it was messy, HAIS i dont noe, maybe sth wrong with my ears
i dont know how to say, but it sounded not correct
but whenever i asked them to play again
its the same
i dont know wats wrong with it, just messy, notes are of diff length and articulation was abit weird
hais but im not pro to teach them too! OMG stupid
i hate this job. the POINT is i ALSO DONT KNOW HOW TO PLAY!

after watching tat, i feel that EVERY GUY should go and play violin or trumpet! HAHA its like soooooo seh! HEHE
last two episodes were VERY NICE although abit unrealistic la
how can a person learn how to play violin within such a short time
lala~ i watched the bball match ytd, usa VS china
im overly agitated although i know we will lose to them
HAHA. shouting and screaming while i was watching, my mom kind of shou bu liao in the end
aiyo. i think guys play bball VERY SHUAI! haha esp those very very pro tat kind. captain or sth liddat!

dead blog! HEHE. im toooooo busy these days thats why i didnt blog
on thurs we went to jj's hse to play mahjong cos its some random thoughts from kahmin?
so we travelled all the way to punggol, after tat we ate dinner tgt and km bought her red tee for the following day's marathon
fri's marathon was a success i supposed.
atmosphere was quite high. or maybe onli 3 of us are HIGH-ing! haaahaha
cos we were sitting right infront watching the performances.
DANCING was awesome! HAHAHA.. very cool nia
singing was quite funni too... saw javier on the stage.. pushing the mic to other ppl and raised the mic high up.
wanted to run, BUT, the track was sooooooo small, 3 ppl can blocked the way liao. AND THERE WAS SERIOUS HUMAN TRAFFIC JAM! rawr! tats one of the reason i didnt run, 2nd is kahmin participated in the competition run, but she didnt wanna wait alone so she pei us WALK again. she was quite tired, yea... so i sarcrifised myself! (hehe)
we sang on the way, very funni, we tried to one person sing a word each time and made up the song, but we failed. lack of focus! HAHA.
(while i was typing, i realised im wearing my clothes inside out -.-)
marathon was a successs except tat i waited for jingjie and kahmin under the tree for quite long becos they got 3e meeting for the class outing the nx day..
LONELY~ i feel so lONELY~! i have nobody~~~~~~~
went to kahmin's house after.. GUESSED WHAT WE DID! haha
first time in the 7 yrs, i went to kahmin's house! lols NAN DE!
after that i had dinner with kakay. and we chatted until 9 plus. and i song4 her to toa payoh int and i strolled pass the eerie park and reached home.. PHEW!
today i went to watch movie with my pri schl classmates

i was choing-ing macbeth at the eleventh hour.
studied in the canteen with jingjie they all, but i usually stop studying when they come
so distracting! crap non stop one!

band was crapped at first
cos assembly ends at 210!
i was pissed about it, everytime eat into our lunch time or rather eat into band's time
we are already RUNNING SHORT OF TIME LE! stupid
i didnt chiong finish my sp book for saturday

i didnt eat breakfast
i didnt eat recess
i was starving!
sp was too rush
NOT SO MUCH TIME FOR WARM UPS
we just rush through the whole piece
at least familarise with the piece before went for lower brass combine
today not as bad as last time
but still, trombone CANT play tgt.

RAWR! i just told them during sp that CANNOT BREATH BEFORE A HOLDING NOTE!
still got scolded in the end
NO MATTER WAD MUST CHENG until after the holding note.. or can tou tou breathe during the holding notes.
FULL band was ok la...
except at i really blasted until i got not strength to raise up my trombone
and the note cracked until very nan ting

how to play loud without cracking the notes.
OHYA. i was trying to help jj to play the pedal F with her
i almost FAINT! lala~~
and its like one and half octave skip!
LOLS my embrochure not tat strong to change so fast! NVM i shall train
cos the dynamics is F there. i must help them IF I CAN! haha
on the way back was kind of funni, kahmin was talking about her qian bu gou yong movie
and binbin was talking about some 3k gals plucking each other's bra stripe? EH nt very sure
me and jj were crapping about maple? her boyfren in the maple? haha..
oh ya, then we watched jj playing the game in the psp, and i tried.
i almost died! HAHA. and it was SOOOOOOOo easy. then people behind us playing the same thing as me, BUT he played a MUCH difficult level compared to me.. DIU REN XIAN YAN!

we practised many parts and figured out the rhythm, took down points, breathing mark, style
HOPE WE WONT FORET wad we did today.
hmmm.. td's sp only soph, cher, me and jj came
sp at my house! haha

bad luck week! busy week, i hate this week. but its OVER!
FIRST! i got scolded by mr ng cos trombones were really lousy.
it was mostly my fault
i think i was really suck at leading and ... i dont know...
just.. i felt quite sad and guilty.
although we got SP-ed, but with no improvements at all.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. is it becos am i too slack or wad.
wed i organised sp. despite the jnrs told that they had no time.
in fact, i was busy too. bio test was the following day.
its not about no time or not, is whether u wanna TAKE the time to complete sth
IF u really got the heart to pract, YOU WILL TAKE TIME FROM ur busy schedule.
no point telling me u no time, u cant go becos of this becos of that.
i already MOVED the sp to wed. if u still telling me that u are no time or wadsoever. i dont know WHEN is the right time for us to COME as a section to pract.
and im much busier than u all. i also have test, i needa plan chalet, do sp report book and blah blah blah. i got 2 more subjects, and my lessons always end very late. its like... i really dont know wad to say.
when i said set up, but no one is moving. i said soooooooo many times that stands, mutes, mugs, chairs, files, pencil must be well prepared b4 full band. cos i ends school at 145 when some of u all end at 1245. i told u all to set up, but when i walked into the band room today, mutes was all around, not arranged properly, onli set up one stand and the other 2 stands was setted up by jingjie, no pencil, no mugs, 4 chairs was stack up. what kind of set up is this. in e end i was still the one who set up everything for them. after full band, no one clear the mug, files were everywhere, mutes were in a mess. i needa to packed them into the box, so tat mr ng wont throw the files into the dustbin.
today's full band.. was.. horrible? id ont know. i think im just PLAIN lousy! i must improve within this 3 wks. since wk days always cant meet up, so we must meet in wk ends, its more efficient i think. we must at least know our rhythm and can play through without stopping b4 the exam break.
got one part, i blasted like siao, cos mr ng cant hear... i think tat sound is weird and nan ting. argh! i cant play SUPER loud without blasting my sound! hmm must improve on this.
eh.. i must improve my range cos its quite short. i cant play A as comfortably as my G. which is bad, cos a in tat piece is one of the LOUDEST part. i must get it right
i must know the piece well, cos some parts im like off tempo! rawr!
SYF is coming soon~~~ i must JIAYOUS!
ohya. i think im like some chu qi tong liddat. kept getting scolded by everyone. monday band mr ng scolded me for the poor leading of my section. then thur shen mei told me its a tradition to make cards to invite the snrs, when i did. i think our sec3 squad really... i dont know wad to say la. i pass down the msg to them is to tell them about the venue, date, and time, so that they can invite their snrs, i dont mean to ask them pass down my msg to their snrs or whoever.. its like.. its common sense to invite with cards rite? so, its my fault to confuse u all? or wad? i dont know. and wads with breaking the band's tradition when i made cards for my snrs?
today i got scolded again. hais. NVM at least i know where i did wrong and where to improve. whenever i think of SYF and look at our standard, i will feel like crying. not because i really think we are hopeless, but because i really dont want the same thing to happen again like last yr. when i heard the results from the speaker, i really cried out loud. the feeling is more than pain or sad or depressed.
chalet is... unprepared too. no meeting, no dicussion. if we dont know about how many ppl are coming, its hard for us to buy the food and come up with games. unluckily, i am in the chalet com too.
hais. i still needa write sectional report book. i needa write 2 more!
